Employers - How to use WaterJobsNOW.com
First step - Register.
To submit job postings on WaterJobsNOW.com, you must have an Employer Account. It costs you nothing to open an account. There is, however, a per posting fee due when a posting is submitted. To register, follow the link at the right and complete the short registration form. Please note that it is important to provide complete information during registration.
Second step - Create a Job Posting.
At the conclusion of registration, you will enter your Employer Account at the Employer Home page. To create a job posting on WaterJobsNOW.com, follow navigation to the Posting Manager. Choose the button to create a job posting and the posting form will be displayed. Complete the posting form and then choose "Save and Continue" at the bottom of the form. This completes the posting but does not submit it.
Third step - Submit a Job Posting.
Once the posting is created, you can now submit it for display on the WaterJobsNOW.com. On the next screen, choose "Add to Job Cart" to begin the submission process. As soon as the posting is in the job cart, pricing is displayed. Complete each step as prompted until you receive an onscreen invoice. The transaction is complete when you see the invoice.
Other Information:
- Update your account when anything changes. If the account representative or anything changes on the account, login and use the "Edit Account" feature to keep contact information current.
- View the status of your job postings on the Posting Manager. The status will read Online, Pending or Suspended.
- To pre-load contact information in multiple job postings, use the Job Contact Information Form at the top of the Posting Manager. You can enter contact information once and it will be included in all your new postings as editable text.
- To edit a job posting, click on the title of the posting from the Posting Manager. Then choose to Edit Posting. Make your changes on the form and then choose Save and Continue.
- To submit more than one posting most efficiently, create and add each posting to the job cart but do not complete check out until you add the final job to the cart.
- To use a coupon or promotion code that provides special or quantity pricing, login to your Employer Account and enter the code exactly as written. Click Go to initiate promotional pricing and then proceed to submit your postings using the standard process. Promotional pricing will be displayed in the job cart.

WaterJobsNOW.com Terms of Use
- Postings will be accepted ONLY for positions in some segment of the water industry including water quality, water and wastewater treatment, engineering, ground water and environmental sciences and the consumer water industry. Postings that are not appropriate for the site will not be approved and will be deleted.
- The job listing fee for a job listing is $125 each. Advertisers can make payment on-line using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- Once approved, each listing will remain active for 45 days. A Service Representative will review each listing for propriety, but not for grammar and spelling, prior to activation. Any listing can be suspended (removed from view) and unsuspended at any time while it is active. Posting status is shown in your Posting Manager.
- Please enter a single job title per listing and provide some information about the position and company. We will not accept a job title accompanied only by a reference to another web site or a general call for resumes. Nor will we approve advertisements for multiple positions within a single posting. Please note that a single posting can be submitted for multiple locations.
- Employers advertising on WaterJobNetwork agree to prohibit discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability. By using the WaterJobNetwork, an employer agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Anyone submitting job postings to WaterJobsNOW.com must have the specific authority to do so from the posting organization.
- The employer registration must be complete with company name and address, contact name and telephone number, valid e-mail address and complete billing information. All information in the registration must be valid and authorized. Credit card information is not required until time of payment.
- Management of the WaterJobNetwork reserves the right to modify or reject any account or posting, as it deems appropriate.
- The action of taking a job posting through the job cart check out process to the point of obtaining an on-screen invoice creates a payment obligation for the advertiser in the amount stated on the invoice.

No, there is no word limit. We encourage employers to submit job postings that will attract the attention of the job seekers. We typically advise employers to provide an adequate level of detail but not too much.
Q: How does an employer submit a job posting?
The posting process is quick and easy. An employer new to the site needs to register a new employer account. Start on the Employer page and choose to Register, then follow the 4-step process that takes only a couple of minutes. Then, login and click on Posting Manager. This is where the employer manages their postings. Choose to create a new posting using the posting form and, when completed, choose to begin checkout. The employer must complete the checkout process to submit the posting. At the end of the checkout process, the employer will receive an on-screen invoice to print.
Q: How long does it take for a new posting to be activated on WaterJobsNOW.com?
Advertising on WaterJobsNOW.com can be nearly instantaneous from the time the employer submits the job posting. Unlike print advertising, the job posting is typically displayed online within a couple of hours. We quote an approval time of no more than 24 hours on business days if the registration is complete and the posting up to our standards. It is typically approved, however, within just a few hours of being submitted.

A WaterJobsNOW.com administrator reviews each job posting within 24 hours of being submitted. The posting is reviewed for compliance with advertising terms and conditions and appropriateness for the Web site. It is not, however, reviewed for spelling or grammar.

Yes, the employer will receive an on-screen invoice to print at the conclusion of checkout. An email invoice confirmation will also be sent at that time. Paper invoices are not provided, however.

WaterJobsNOW.com accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. An employer can enter credit card information during the secure checkout process. To save time on future purchases, an employer can elect to store credit card information on our secure server during checkout. Credit card payments will appear on your statement under the name of JobMark.com, as it appears on the invoice.
Q: How can an employer extend the term of the posting?
An extension of a job posting is simply the purchase of a renewal period. The terms for renewal are the same as those for a new job posting. The employer will receive a courtesy e-mail reminder when an active posting is about to expire. To extend the posting, login to your account and go to the Posting Manager. Select the title of the posting and choose "Extend" to purchase another 60-day term immediately following the current term. This feature is only available if the posting is still active. Once the posting has expired, simply place the posting in the cart for a regular purchase.
Q: How does an employer obtain W-9 tax information for their records?
Some employers are required to maintain federal tax information on their vendors. To request this information, the employer should use the contact us form.
